Paula Bearden is an award winning dancer and choreographer born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Paula has been dancing since the age of three starting as a company member with Etta Jamison’s Dance Expression. Paula is a past Skyline High School Silhouette Captain and a 2005 All American. Paula has a degree from Sam Houston State University where she was a member of Fade to Black Dance Team and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

Paula has served for the past 3 years as a Sunburst Pageant Judge judging for both local and state competitions. She has an extensive history in pageantry, coaching contestants since she was in college.

Paula’s professional dance career involves working for A Dance Expression Dance Company from 2011-2014. Paula has taught several dance classes including beginner ballet, tap, Hip Hop,Jazz, Kick, Pom, and Praise Dance classes.

Paula has choreographed pieces for tv shows, debutante balls, pageants, musicals, competitions, parades, staff appreciation events, and much more.

Paula is happily married to her husband Quaon Bearden and the proud mom of 3 girls Journei, Justyce, and Emily.
